23rd Annual General Meeting

Every year, Mountain Spirit (MS) is conducting the Annual General Meeting at the end of the fiscal year to revise and discuss all activities conducted in the year and to approve plans for the coming year.

MS successfully completed its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 12th October 2019 in Kathmandu. The meeting endorsed progress and audit reports of the fiscal year 2018/19 and approved the proposed plan for the year 2019/20 with few changes. It was followed by a series of talks from MS advisors and a board member. The AGM was attended by 37 participants, including MS Advisers, Life Members, Executive Members, General Members, Associate Members, and invited guests.
